Cook MAGGI Noodles without the tastemaker in 5 - 6 cups of boiling water for 1½ minutes and drain. Keep aside. |

Heat oil in a pan. Fry the noodles till crisp on one side. Turn and fry the other side. |

Mix together the MAGGI Oriental Chilli Garlic Sauce with the tastemakers, pureed tomato, soya sauce, vinegar and half cup water. Cook for 2 minutes or till thick. |

Arrange warm noodles on a serving dish. Spread the sauce over the warm noodles just before serving. Top with sprouts and celery. Serve hot and immediately, otherwise the noodles may get soggy. |
